Positive, I enjoyed my 4-night stay in a Superior Twin Room. The location was super convenient with buses and trams right nearby, making travel a breeze. The receptionist, Ahmet, was incredibly helpful and even upgraded our room. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus too! 🏊‍♂️

Unpleasant odors in rooms detracted from comfort!!! The indoor pool was unwelcomingly cold, which dampened any relaxation ambitions!!!

I truly loved the incredibly convenient location. being just a 2-7 minute walk from metro, tram, and bus stations made exploring the area a breeze! The cleanliness of the rooms impressed me, and I appreciated the warm welcome with complimentary tea and water upon arrival. Plus, the rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to unwind while enjoying views of the bustling city below!

Had a great stay for 5 nights! Staff offered us tea when we arrived, and the location made getting around Istanbul super easy. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, and the WiFi struggled at times, but overall, it was a comfortable experience!

The pool was ice cold, and the indoor pool was just begging for someone to heat it up. the wifi was so poor, streaming videos was almost a fantasy. I woudl ve been pleased with an upgrade to a room without stale smoke, but alas, I just couldn't get that royal treatment here.

Kind receptionist, great location, as we were upgraded to a lovely superior twin room and the tram station just around the corner made exploring the city easy.
