The location was super convenient with buses and trams right nearby. The receptionist, Ahmet, was helpful and even upgraded our room. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus too 🏊♂️

Ideal & wonderful hotel, magnificent location near tram line to main attractions, competent staff. Clean pool, well-equipped and huge rooms with window on the internal "chimney". Substantial breakfast for every taste. Their service was very good.

Unpleasant odors in rooms detracted from comfort!!! The indoor pool was unwelcomingly cold, which dampened any relaxation ambitions!!!

Trend hotel was a nice, cosy hotel. The room was clean. Breakfast was very good. Located Laleli and main historical monuments are 10-20 minutes walking distance, also tram stop was 50m. away from hotel, The staff was really helpfull. .

the swimming pool on the roof is a great plus
the first two nights, despite our reservation, we were put in a smaller room. when we arrived they said we would get a bigger room for the second night, but despite this promise we had to stay in the smaller room for a second night. the rooms also have no closetspace to unload, so we had to spread out our lugage everywhere. the staff also had problems to give explanations in understandable english.

convenient, convenient, convenient
I loved the convenient location. Being just a 2-7 minute walk from metro, tram, and bus stations made exploring the area easy! The cleanliness of the rooms impressed me, and I appreciated the warm welcome with complimentary tea and water upon arrival. Plus, the rooftop pool was a fantastic spot to unwind while enjoying views of the bustling city below!

Area was not nice and not suitable for women travelling alone. No double bed in a double room - just two singles pushed together.

Hotel its new ... renovated ... brakefirst is excelent .... Tram and metro station are very close ....
Bed is not so confortble ... TV screen is fixed that you can watch it from a bed ...you have to seat down ....

Cutting through the noise
The location is a charm, close to transit and shops. The double glazing helps keep street noise at bay. Staff, especially at reception, are accommodating. The breakfast can be a bit lackluster. Great for a family vacation with a convenient setting!

Location to tramway. Breakfast was nice.
We chose the hotel for its swimming pool, but it was tiny. It didn't feel very welcoming. Only one computer to check internet and it was in use most of the time. Tourist info in English not great. Wait staff tend to hover. Location in a very Russian area - coming from Moscow, this was not what we were after.

Had a great stay for 5 nights! Staff offered us tea when we arrived, and the location made getting around Istanbul super easy. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, and the WiFi struggled at times, but overall, it was a comfortable experience!
